Is anyone else feeling it?

I know September is approaching and I suffer so badly with health anxiety and SAD.
Im absolutely just dreading winter. I get so anxious over daft things like colds, coughs etc for DD 3
Does anyone else feel the same or am I literally just weird

I suffer with SAD as well, and always feel twinges of it around this time of year, when the weather starts to get distinctly autumnal.

Yesterday and today I've had low level anxiety and I've felt really sad when I've noticed how much earlier it's getting completely dark now.

I also feel like we've been cheated out of summer. It's been crap. There's not been one single night where me and DP have sat out until midnight with a drink just chatting the night away. It's not been warm enough. It's really upsetting to me that I have to wait such a long time (probably) for next summer. And will that even be any better?!

Sorry if that sounds dramatic, but when you feel so down in winter, and only get relief when the weather is better and lighter, it's SUCH a kick in the teeth when it's SO rubbish all summer.

Omg I agree
I literally just thought to myself then it feels so much worse this year and that’s the exact reason why, plus we never had any nice warm days in March or April, that’s when my mood starts lifting, is it the same for you?

Im the same, it feels like autumn started in late June this year. I literally need the summer sun to carry me through winter. This summer has been miserable.
