My knickerbocker glory did not have a cherry on because they'd run out. 😰 (light hearted)

Tbf it looks kinda naked without the cherry. YANBU

I mean, it was absolutely delicious. But advertised as having a cherry on top.

I can't stand glacé cherries, I would have asked if they had a strawberry instead ...it does look very nice though

The thing is... this would upset me 🤣 we often feel certain ways about things like this and it's fine because we can control our emotions (although a tantrum IS very justified)
But if a child actually does cry and scream about this, it's seen as unreasonable.... we are all crying on the inside about it !! 🤣

I had to queue for 20 min to order it, then had to wait for 20 min to get it. Was nearly later for the concert I was going to. Had to rush eating it.

They really should have tried harder. ok, they ran out of cherries (and BTW, I'd rather have maraschino on a Kinickerbocker Glory than a glace). They could've topped it off with - a sprig of mint/a strawberry/rasberry/ marshmallow/mini mars bar/random flower/after eight mint/chocolate curl ... you get the idea. It's simply not good enough!!!

They should have given you a flake instead

I do't like knickerbocker glories or cherries and would probably pay NOT to have to eat either, but I still say YANBU as it does look a little naked without something on top!

Food disappointment is the worst.
Yesterday my, usually faultless, husband asked if I would like egg on toast for breakfast. Wow that’s lovely said I, thank you, and waited patiently whilst reading my Times and drinking my coffee. About ten minutes later he triumphantly presented me with a SLICED BOILED EGG ON TOAST. Wtaf. I’m seeking a divorce lawyer as we speak.

They should have put a Flake in.

I had what was laughingly called a knickerbockerglory from an ice cream van. It was ice cream in a plastic cup with sauce and a flake. That is all.
