Bough DH a swim membership for his birthday and can't work out how this is correct:
Normally £30 joining fee but special offer means £10
You pay £30 up front for the next month so I paid £40 today.
Then, at the end of September it will be £60 a month and convert to £30pm from end of October.
I can't work out why it is double the amount end of Sept.
The lady said it was in case you cancel but I said I am already paying a month in advance.
She said it was more like an insurance for cancelling but I said surely that's what the joining fee is?
I still went with it but can anyone make sense of why it's double end of Sept.
