The last few days I have been sleeping in and feeling sluggish. I have just enough energy for the bare minimum to make sure I’m fed and clean. I went out the other day and got down the street but almost weaved the pram into the road whilst not paying attention and then decided to go back. DP reckons it would do me good to go for a walk each day.
