I noticed this today. Had stretch marks since pregnancy but today noticed this on them. It’s quite sore.

Is that the only one you have? It looks a bit like sores l have which has resulted in me realising l am gluten intolerant. This is completely new for me in my 60s but l have lots of those..everywhere.

It can happen due to all the hormonal changes...the stretch makes appear and the skin can become inflamed. Have you been moisturising well? I would keep the area clean and use sudocrem, but I think if you have more than one area you might want to get checked by the GP.

You’ve probably been scratching at the itchy stretch marks in your sleep. Get it checked just in case though.
