What sort of a salary an NHS band 3 job would be at 22.5 hours a week. I'm getting conflicting results online and I need to know before I apply for a job. Thank you!

Using my pigeon maths, roughly £13,689 per year before pension and other deductions - and with deductions £1134 ish per month?

Thank you that's helpful. It's roughly the same amount as I'm currently on but I feel like this would be a more rewarding job so I'm a bit stuck about what to do right now!

I guess the additional factors are that NHS has the benefits of good sick pay and an excellent pension - you would pay 5% and nhs contribute 20.6 which is great! That is very good in comparison to other employer pension scheme!

NHS also offer amazing holiday entitlement, excellent sick/ maternity pay and pension contributions
