Should I see a doctor

Hi, I'm looking for advice on if this is something I should be concerned with or if other people ever experienced similar.

I'm off from work this week so my routine is different. Me and DH are normally up and out of the house as my son is just getting up and getting ready for work.
I mentioned to DH this evening that DS must be working local as when I looked out of the window at 8am I see him washing his car which I thought was odd.
DH looked at me like I was mad and ensured me that they both left the house at 7am and he see DS pull out the driveway and he definitely didn't wash his car first.
I must have been dreaming but it feels sooo real. Not like a dream at all!
Should I be concerned??
Just to add I suffer from Anxiety and on and off depression. I am also in the middle of a police investigation that has been reopened about a sexual assault that happened to me over 20 years ago. So a lot of stress.
I take a antihistamine every night to help with sleep, prescribed and not a new medication so can't imagine that being the cause. Years ago (at least 7/8 yrs) I used to sleep walk. Not sure if that's relevant but don't want to drip feed.
It's really freaking me out though, if it wasn't for DH I'd be 100% convinced that what I saw happened, anyone else?

This has happened to me once years ago but it's never happened again so as a one off I don't think it's concerning.

But you have a lot going on so it might be worth going to your GP about your anxiety if you feel like you need to. Flowers

It's stress imo. Not reason to go to the Dr but keep an eye and go if it happens again.

FWIW right at the start of lockdown, I woke up one morning and saw thousands of bugs advancing across the ceiling. It's a thing when one is under stress. It never happened again.

Hope the troubles pan out OK.

Thank you for your responses, Hopefully it's a one off weird dream. So strange how it felt so real! Pleased I'm not going insane.
