I think my marriage is ending. I am over and no kids. I come from small, dysfunctional family. An erstwhile people-pleaser, so dont even have real friends.

I am a bit worried about my future, being lonely.

How do you anyone in my situation manage. Sorry I couldnt find a better way to phrase, my head is all over the place.
