I’ve been dating someone for around 6 months now, he split up with his last ex about 5-6 months prior to that, they had been together for around 8 months and split up because she cheated on him.
He also has to work with her, but only sees her for around 2 hours in the morning and then her shift finishes. The issue I have is that he is always ranting about her, the things that she does at work and the things that she did to him previously. I’ve pulled him up on it a few times, because quite frankly I’m sick of hearing about her, but he just said that he doesn’t have any feelings for her but he just really struggles to process how badly she treated him because he isn’t a bad person, he feels that she mugs him off at work, etc etc.
How likely is it that’s the real reason and he is telling the truth or is it more likely that he still has feelings for her or isn’t over her yet?
