To not understand Vinted’s return policy

I bought a bundle from a seller, one item arrived stained, the others were fine.

Now according to Vinted’s return policy I need to send the entire bundle back to get a refund. What’s the point? 😂

Secondly, I pay for return postage costs. Why should I be out of pocket for the seller’s mistake? (Looks like a genuine mistake as their reviews are fine)
What does the Buyer’s Protection actually cover?

I’m rather annoyed with this senseless policy, otherwise I’ve bought plenty off Vinted and had a good experience.

Yep it's pretty crap! It's made me stop using Vinted after getting done over far too many times by the sellers lack of common bloody sense!

I had the exact same issue. One stained item in the bundle and didn’t want to return everything. Their return policy is useless.

KinooOrKinog · 22/08/2023 09:28

How many items in the bundle and how much did you pay for the lot (honestly)?

I had this. Three item bundle and two were completely ruined. It wasn't worth the money to return them so I just binned them. I left fair feedback and the seller got annoyed and left me 1 star feedback full of lies, which Vinted refused to remove.

I don't use it now. It's ridiculous.
