we have a boy racer living across the road from us, well i think he is in his 30's he looks it,
anyway he has this car and every time another car or person goes past it makes a high pitch BEEP. Its that loud i can hear it in my bedroom which is at the back of my house, he loves his car sooo much he even has a cctv camera pointed on it.
Its just getting to the stage now where it is really pissing me off , what do i do ignore it or report it? x
