I've just realised that blood vessels in my baby's ear are quite visible (image below). He's 14 months. I'm not sure whether he had them this visible before. I stupidly googled and came across a condition called ataxia, and it is said that children with this condition usually have "spider veins" in their ears. My DH and father think this looks normal. It just vexes me that I seem to not notice it before. What do you think? Should I have it checked? Do your kids have them? Thank you in advance.
