Changes in period symptoms normal?

Posting here as rarely seem to get a response in women's health. I'm in my 30s and my period symptoms this month have been a bit weird. I'm due on today or tomorrow. Boobs are sore. Back killing me. Feel nauseous. Very tired. Appetite zero and usually ravenous before my period. And a weird one, my labia are aching (sorry if that's tmi!). I've never had one of these symptoms. Has anyone ever experienced this before? AIBU to be a bit freaked out by it and wondering what my period is going to be like?

Any chance you could be pregnant?

This is a pretty good list of all my pre-menstrual feelings, right down to feeling like I've been lightly kicked in the fanoir!

If it helps at all, my periods are quite light and manageable, and the back pain goes away if I keep moving so it's an excellent time to catch up on walks and DIY.

I really hope not as I'm only 32!

Not pre-menopausal, pre-menstrual. As in "just before your period."

🤣 no worries, I knew exactly what had happened because I've done it myself more than once.

Sending you lots of chocolate and an easy menopause menstruation!
