You just sweat all the time! In my experience.

I felt pathetically grateful for a youngster (early twenties) holding open the door for me just now and saying here you go my sweet instead of commenting on the rivulets of water on my forehead. Appointment with gp next week so can bring this up.

The sweating

The crying. Why can't I stop bloody crying! Woke up from nights and have spent 30 mins in bed crying.

I'm on day 8 of my period they normally last 3/4 days.

I want to eat everything in sight

I did have the coil put in two weeks ago. I hoping this miraculously fixes me!

The excessive sweating (particularly face and scalp for me) was really bothering me so I've started taking sage and vitamin d (because I read that both can help). Something has worked as the sweating is much reduced but I stupidly should have done one at a time to see. I was desperate though!

It's really horrible having your hair stuck to your head and feeling damp. Don't know why it happens?

Is it your body saying OK time's up, let's sweat it out?? There must be a scientific reason for it
