Has anyone dealt with them recently?

Our solicitor said the portal was showing that our deed would be done by the 2nd August but still nothing. It’s been expedited but still haven’t heard anything. We need it done for a remortgage. Has anyone been through this process and know how long it should take?

What do you mean by “our deed would be done”?, OP? What has your lawyer asked Land Registry to do?
