Am I over reacting

Just looking for opinions on this to work out if I’m over reacting or not…
a few evenings ago, my partner ( who I was separated from for a few year, recently back together, have children etc) invited me & the DC’s to stay over the night. He had said he’d bought a nice dinner for us to have together. On our way over and he calls to say he is at the pub and will be back soon and has left me a key out.
8.30 comes and he calls to say he will be back at 9. Then nothing, he completely ignored my calls and then turned up at 12.30am.
it turns out that there was a group of women at the pub that he was sitting and chatting with and lost track of time.
AIBU to be annoyed by this ?

He invited you over for dinner and then didn't show up till gone midnight? Seriously?! I hope you packed up the kids and went home.

That behaviour is disgusting. He's treating you all like dirt on his shoe.

Please do not go near him again and teach your children to expect far more from people in their lives or they will grow up to be doormats too.
