Coach tour money - how much??!

Hi All

I'm off on a coach tour holiday. It's my first trip abroad for 5 years so I am excited but I just need some help with money.

• 7 days
• 5 days are AI (though drinks only Inc from 6pm)
• Travel days I need to buy food
• Bavaria
• Some day excursions incl: there are 2 castles where admission isn't Inc
• Trips to shops/market

I've now got a Monzo card, so there are no charges to pay when using card payments. I've currently got €100, and planning on getting some more out. How much would you get? Or do most places in Munich take card?

Please advise if you can, I suffer with severe anxiety and this is keeping me awake!

I would probably take €100 in cash and then just transfer a hundred onto Monzo. You can always add to it later if needed and then take back what you don't spend.

That sounds enough. You can always put more on your Monzo card if you need it.

Monzo is great for keeping track - everytime you use it, an alert saying what you have spent will come up on your phone and they will give the cost in pounds as well.
