I’m scared

No idea what just happened I just woke up 5 minutes ago heard a noise and the room shook. It wasn’t me shaking but like I could feel the room and bed shake for about 10/20 seconds. Definitely wasn’t imagining it either!any one awake I’m scared

There's an app called 'quakefeed' it's very interesting, however there is nothing recorded in the UK recently. It's very accuin general.

Probably a mild earthquake.

I once had this whilst on holiday in Malta. It was very very strange and disconcerting - for some unfathomable reason I thought something paranormal was afoot, until my DH said it was the (I'll admit now far more likely and prosaic) cause was a minor earthquake, but just goes to show how disconcerting it felt.

I was woken up by one once in South Yorkshire, felt like someone was shaking the bed violently. It frightened me to death, probably lasted about two minutes.

Exploding head syndrome. I get it a lot. Find it bizarre/ fascinating in equal measure!
