My neighbour is hard work

So since we brought our house in October last year we have always used our drive for my car and my husband parks on the pavement purified our house, we are getting the grass next to the drive converted so I have said I’d park on there as he has a van to to our house, we have a very poorly little boy and we both need to access our cars quickly due to hospital appointments work and medical emergencies etc. it’s never been An issue.
my neighbour has never been approachable, she reported us to as for our son constantly screaming due to his health needs (he’s now on morphine for pain) obviously it was closed and nfa… she has now decided to start parking where my husband parks his car in front of the grass where I can park our other car and he can park the van in front but she’s blocking it now even tho she has a drive, I know there’s nothing legally we can do until we have a dropped kerb but how annoying when she has an empty drive 😪

This sounds really hard, I hope you’re doing ok.

What a bitch! Tell her that if your kid dies because she’s parked you in, she’ll have to live with the knowledge that her pettiness killed a child.

Imagine being that kind of person. It blows my mind!
Hope you're doing ok, OP.

I’m not quite clear, I think a lot of mis-autocorrects and hard to visualise. Is the neighbour parking in a public spot, or on your property? Are they parking you in, and if so are you parked legally? Can you do a diagram so what you describe is clear, as gave no idea if yabu or not.

I can't visualise

Can you park on the equivalent spot in front of her house?
