Should we move?

We use to live in a little village, kids were happy etc then we moved to a city, kids don't like it and I'm struggling to deal with traffic etc. I want to move back and so do the children but my husband wants to stay and believes it's better here. Do I break up with him and go back or make it work here in the big city. Thank you.

Not enough information. How long did you live in the village vs. city, how old are your kids, what about schooling, can you afford to separate and also lose the stamp duty, and most importantly how is your relationship otherwise?

Big leap to break up your family because of this. There must be more to it than traffic. Ideally you'd be a team and work out a fair compromise rather than extremes like it's here or there, together or splitting up. Are there bigger problems?

How old are the kids? A village is great for little ones, but a city will be better for teens!
