The Georgia Billham case?

Can anyone find any details of the sentencing outcome for this case, or know what happened after she was found guilty?
she was due to be sentenced last month (July), I’m wondering if it’s been postponed, as this case had nationwide coverage, now nothing, have tried to contact the courts, no response.

She has been found guilty of sexual assault by kissing and cleared of 16 other sexual offences.

Nothing about sentencing though, which is odd.

Given that they adjourned for a PSR, and a general shortage of people to interview and write them, and I’d happily bet they’d request a psychiatric report I’d expect her not to be formally sentenced for a while yet OP.

Many thanks, I do remember her being found guilty, and the judge saying she would be entered onto the sex offenders register, and sentencing was due to take place in July, the original case being heard in June, but unable to find details on the actual sentence (if anything), the judge had said she was not to rule out a custodial sentence, but I do wonder if that was likely.

Quick Google says it’s now set for August OP and a psych report was requested so I’d imagine that’s delayed things a bit.

I can’t imagine it being a custodial sentence. I think an 18 month SSO, plus 30 RAR days to be used for a 1:1 female sex offenders programme which I’m not sure even exists. I’d be surprised if custody was really on the table.
