To be worried about nosebleeds?

I am almost 30 years old and up until last night I have never had a nosebleed in my life.

Last night at 10:30 I went to bed. My sinus started to feel weird and I started to smell something kind of like burning or something. Felt like I had to blow my nose so I did and was alarmed to see blood all over the tissue. I panicked by DH assured me they are fine and just happen sometimes and it's nothing to worry about. I went back to sleep and forgot about it. Got into bed 10 mins ago at 10:25 and got that smell again. Blew my nose... Blood again. So for two nights in a row at the same time when I get in bed my nose starts bleeding. As I said, it's not normal for me I have never had a nose bleed. What could be the reason for this??? Anything to worry about?

Don't blow your nose for a few days after a nosebleed. You'll just have opened up the scab again.

I doubt it's serious, but recurring nosebleeds (that aren't caused by picking) are something to see your GP about.
