I think I’m depressed
I’m 23 stone
I find excitement in nothing
I don’t look forward to anything mi cancel things as I can’t face them
I can’t seem to eat better even though I’m prob going to die from a heart attack
how do I change this

Hi OP, maybe try just one food swap a week to make you feel like you're doing something or to make you feel better. If you normally drink coke, swap to water. Just do one thing at a time to improve your life. Take babysteps.

I recently read Ultra-Processed People: Why Do We All Eat Stuff That Isn’t Food … and Why Can’t We Stop? by Chris Van Tulleken and it's really helped change my mindset. Ultra processed food has completely lost it's appeal to me. It feels like when I quit smoking by reading that Allan Carr book.
I think you can get into a food rut and need something to snap you out of it.
