Korean, sooooo nice.
Mediterranean- Italian and greek
British - assuming that includes British curries :),
Nepalese,
French pastries and breads and cheeses. And wines.

I feel I cheated a little there.
I would miss Scandinavian too but it's been a while so I guess not so much as the others.
