I have posted about this before

We work closely with HR& Rexruitment and some us have friends within those teams.

Every job I apply for and interview for is being fed back to this one person in my team. Who is friends with this lady in recruitment.

I have reported it before and it’s happening again. AIBU to confront the lady in recruitment?

Are you talking about internal vacancies? If so perhaps you should discuss this with someone more senior, perhaps through the grievance procedure if you feel this interference is harming your chances of advancement which you might otherwise get.

I'd go straight to her manager with my concerns.

Me too. Don't faff about approaching the colleague

Thanks have reported before, will report again.

What a nightmare I feel like I can’t apply for anything without her knowing. She knows I have an interview and what date it is everything!

I’d say that’s a breach of confidentiality and GDPR if the person being told isn’t involved in the recruitment process and has no professional reason to know.
