Someone help please - I’m at a loss

Hi all. I posted earlier that they found an irregular mass on my shoulder and I was waiting for breast mri results and they’d booked me in for a biopsy in two weeks.

Now the hospital called and stated that the radiologist is suggesting a cat scan now and has cancelled my biopsy at this time.

Does anybody have any reason why this may be happening ? I’ve been a nervous wreck for months waiting and now another wait. Apparently my doctor needs to refer me for the cat scan so it’s an even longer wait.

I had one on my shoulder blades. Had an ultra sound and MRI scan but it turned out to be just a fatty lump. It’s still there. Like you I was worried but needlessly. If you go on the health boards and search lump on shoulder, you’ll find my post. Hope yours turns out the same.
