A post really irritated me yesterday. A lady living abroad asking whether she should make an emergency appointment with her nhs gp. Surely if you are not living in the U.K. anymore you should not be entitled to use an NHS GP? The entitlement is staggering! Like people who refuse to buy paracetamol or oilatum themselves, demand a poor GP prescribe them and the NHS to foot the bill! Her poor GP as well. They will be oblivious and uninsured as they are unwittingly consulting with someone abroad.
