How much do you let your dc’s spend on consoles/phones/tv etc per day on average?

I was quite surprised to hear from my son that one of his friends stays up sometimes til the early hours - he’s only 10.

I generally give them an hour to an hour and half on school days on consoles/tablets or phones and then 2 hours ish on a weekend per day. We also then watch something as a family later on.

At 10 mine had a cut off of about 7.30 as it was bed at about 8 with stories etc. Early teens now and it's about ten pm but I don't limit the time they are on. It's a lot, but it's how they socialise and relax now. I do worry about concentration span etc but as shown a recent thread on here, it's as much an issue for an adults now too. I can only fight so many battles as a working SP and this isn't one of them.
