To be very suspicious of large plastic sheeting that has appeared in my garden

Suddenly overnight a very large piece of plastic sheeting has appeared in my garden. I have no idea what it is, where it came from or what I should do with it now! It is very unlikely to be neighbours as we are far apart and it wasn’t in a throwable location from either of the boundary fences. It is a little bit concerning because it looks to me like someone gently placed it where it was! I went out and moved it with DS but now I don’t know what to do with it. DH says I am being crazy by thinking it’s suspicious. But it wasn’t there last night and it was just there this morning! So of course I’m confused and don’t know why he’s not.

Perforated plastic is good in fish tanks. Sounds like a very large fish tank took off in the wind, and the plastic dropped off as it passed your garden. Could you ask neighbours if anyone had a fish tank land in their garden last night?

Perhaps someone was so excited about their new helicopter that they took off before removing the bubble wrap. The perforations were for the sticky out bits like rotors and the exhaust pipe.

There's been a big stack of wood in my neighbours garden for 5 months since they moved in, wrapped in a large blue tarpaulin. The blue sheet has disappeared at some point in the last few days and is absolutely nowhere to be seen. If your newly appeared sheet is blue then it's blown from just outside Wigan.

It's a little known fact that hedgehogs absolutely hate the rain and if they find plastic sheeting they will find a safe area and spend time cutting up the sheeting and then sewing it together to make themselves little raincoats with hoods.

This is definitely what it was. 100%. It's stopped raining here now and there's teeny plastic hooded hog coats strewn everywhere

I really think it has fallen from somewhere. The way it has landed square in the ground makes it look like it has fallen from a great height. The grass underneath was flattened.

I used to have a pony who was suspicious of things like plastic sheeting.

He would jump around on his toes snort loudly and stick his tail up whilst having a good nosey at it.

You all can sit around in your nice warm homes and just talk about this all you want. What you are forgetting is this is a very serious and real situation which is enveloping our entire country as we speak. There is plastic sheeting in the sky and we just don’t know what it’s for or where it’s from. A large sheet of plastic sheeting has landed in my garden and what you need to understand is that this proves everything I have previously thought. There is a super structure being built above (or around???) us and we just don’t know what it is. It’s of man made origin I’m telling you that now. The holes in it seem to be to allow the jet stream to not be interrupted so the plan for this is very large in scale. What are the reason for this and why are they doing this?
