Never ending nursery bugs.

DS started nursery and the whole household has been riddled with his bugs. There is always a runny nose or pesky cough circulating between me and DH we ran out of excuses to take time off from work so we basically work if we are able to keep awake.
Neither of us ever got colds before and it's just miserable. When does this end. Any advice to make immune systems stronger - we are already taking sambucol and eating well. Resting and sleeping is difficult these days being working parents Confused

Someone in our family was ill via nursary from November until April this year without a break pretty much, seemingly endless

I did consider complete isolation living in the woods somewhere surviving from Berries and foxes to feel well again, multiple times

First term is the worst. It does get better I promise!

Take vitamins. Not sure if you've meant to do this but I got on vitamins meant for pregnant women and my immune system got a tremendous boost.

It is just endless. I don't see an end. Attendance rates versus parents work versus different standards of what is a bug.

It's very individual, from those who don't notice a child is unwell, to those who for often despairing reasons hide it, and those in between.

I'm at the freak out stage, with multiple little people who get sick every time we go anywhere with people.
