I immediately unliked , then like it again and then unlikes because I was so frazzled . I just wanted a nosey to see what she looked like .
Will she have seen this or not, considering it's been unliked 🫣

No idea!

Could be worse. Back in the day I did the same and didn't realise so didn't unlike. I found out because she messaged me asking me why... 😩

Could you get a friend to quickly like and unlike one of your pics? Then you'll know!

PTSDBarbiegirl · 28/07/2023 18:39

This will make you look mature and non threatened. Get it liked again!!

Iwantmyoldnameback · 28/07/2023 18:40

Block her then she won't be able to see you.

butterfingers2 · 28/07/2023 18:40

Thanks. I'm mortified

Yes they will see it even if you unliked. The notification is already there. Block!

WillowKnicks · 28/07/2023 18:47

My DD did the exact same but didn't realise & left it, the girl messaged her & she just said to her "yep hands up, I was being nosey & I'm sure you did the exact same to me!"

If she does message you, just style it out & say it's human nature & everyone has a sneaky peak at times!

butterfingers2 · 28/07/2023 18:49

I've blocked on fb . Do I need to do the same on messenger .

Random School mum did this to me like a post that’s around 6 years old. I just had a laugh with some friends about it. Didn’t message her.

IamAlso4eels · 28/07/2023 18:50

Do you have a small child? Go on a liking spree of liking and sharing random shite then post a status apologising about them getting hold of your phone.

IamAlso4eels · 28/07/2023 18:51

But yeah, if you block her she won't see any of your activity including your likes.

nadine90 · 28/07/2023 18:52

Aww no, how embarrassing! I'm sure most people have had a nosy at people they shouldn't on sm. I think owning it and apologising is the most mature way to save face. Is your bf still in touch with her - do they have kids together or anything? If not, just try and forget about it, it's not as big a deal as it probably feels right now x

MakkaPakkasMuvva · 28/07/2023 18:53

She'll get a notification, but when she clicks on it it'll disappear. My ex's new girlfriend did this to me! I knew it was her as I recognised the name from my own Facebook stalking session.

CrackerAndPudding · 28/07/2023 18:55

She'll get a notification along the lines of "butterfingers2 liked your photo", but when she clicks on it it will disappear.

So she will know, but as long as there's no bad blood with the ex its easily styled out as human nature.

butterfingers2 · 28/07/2023 18:56

Bad blood.....,
It's a blood bath between themBlushBlushBlush
