I am shattered and they keep winding each other up and picking at each other.

They normally go at 7 - 7:30 and 8. Have just told them they are all going now.

you're only 7 minutes early and by the time they're physically IN bed you'll be bang on time

Have just sent them all up. Ds is going straight to sleep and the girls are reading for a while.
