I am very strongly in the camp of wear what you like and a body is just a body, skin is just skin and showing it is nobodies business.

but, the primark seamless sets that all the teens are wearing, you know the shorts and leggings with matching tops, absolutely cling to the body and I have often seen girls wearing these and you can see the very much outlined shape of their privates. I cringe every time I see them wearing them especially as it’s summer as there are so many creeps about. The girls in my home are not allowed to wear them for this reason.

I suspect so. But honestly I think the women of mumsnet would say I wear too little if they saw me (I’m 27 so feel I am still young enough to get away with what I do wear 😂).

My dd wears these sometimes....you can't see the outline of her vulva! They're just cycling shorts in bright colours?!

I'm with you op, particularly the lighter colours. I wouldn't want to see men in them either.
