Heart “murmurs”??

I’ve been having this really weird feeling which feels like it’s to the right of my heart, but not actually my heart. The best way I can describe it is murmurs, every now and then it’ll feel like a vibration. It’ll last a few seconds and happen every few minutes. It did this all day Sunday but not since then. Happened a few times. It’s uncomfortable but doesn’t hurt at all.

What could this be??

Could be ectopic beats but best to get it checked out by the GP.

Could be lots of things... could be nothing.
Depends on your age, any medical conditions, your fitness level etc etc..
See a gp rather than ask total strangers on the internet.. regardless of how well intentioned...
