Been off for 2 months now with stress. AIBU to leave my job whilst I'm off sick because I can't face going back, and have a career break for 6 months or so?
For background I've been at this company for 7 years. Will it hurt my career prospects to just leave? I'm a project manager/ line manager.
I've been having fertility treatment for 3 years and am totally burned out from it all. I need a break and my DH is happy to support me during that time.
