Husband taking loans out from my address

I'm about to get my conditional order for divorce. He moved out before xmas.
Just got a letter to him that states 5K loan "active since" April this year.

Has he taken it out using my address? Is it fraud?
can't really speak to him, we're in family court and only communicating about child via an app.

What should I do? Obviously I'm sending it back but is this a problem for me?

Is it your property or a shared property?

Ask your solicitor? Sounds a bit dodgy though

Ask your solicitor and send a statutory declaration to the loan provider that he has not been at that address since x date and you have concerns that this is potentially fraudulent.

Stop opening his post for a start. Anything else you receive addressed to him, forward to his new address, unopened.

Send the letter back to company it came from with 'not at this address' and then seek advice from your solicitor.

It could be something dodgy, or it could just be that he hasn't updated his address with the bank etc.
