Trying to make the biggest decision

Ladies how did you know it was the right time to finish your marriage/relationship? And what advice would you give someone starting over as a single Mum. I have 4 children oldest is 13

When my stomach turned over at the thought of sleeping with them

Will he turn nasty if you leave him? Can you rely on him to parent equally?

I hope he can just be sievel and we can both do whats best for the children.
Think I'm there I'm just afraid of regret and letting my children down

Regret is a normal part of grief when any relationship ends, even if it was a difficult relationship. There is still grieving. For what you hoped there would be, for what might have been, for what was lost. It is part of being human.
