We are staying 3 nights in August on route to somewhere esle. Have the museums sorted. We have a 7 and 11 year old

Restuarants and other places to visit or things to avoid ?

Take them for the best paella they will have in their life in the old town. They cook it in big cauldrons in front of you - a fantastic foodie spectacle. I still have never had any paella that's beaten it.

I really enjoyed the bioparc.

Sandwiches, empanadillas (little pasties), pastries, juices from the Mercado Central.

There are some great play areas for kids along the Turia River bed gardens. Hire one of those family bike things - they have shade on them too. DS loved gulliver if he is still there.
