Have a cup of tea, and a good book to read while you’re waiting. Oh and do some exercises! So your life isn’t just slipping away ….

This is where I tidy and dust my office and colour code everything. Mainly trying to book a GP appointment or speak to my bank but same principle. I also have some hand weights in there and some snacks, as well as a yoga mat. Also great for boring meetings as well, just make sure your camera is covered, not just off!

I'll give you a handhold now but a gin when you try and cancel a class! They are useless!
