Are you aware that both these activities are against the law, in England, if done in public? AIBU to find this outrageous ?

How and why would they have ever been made illegal? 😂 though I can kinda agree on the walking slowly cos it’s very frustrating to get stuck behind someone meandering along blocking the pavement.

Definitely agree with walking cuz I seriously hate being stuck behind people lolling along as if I haven't got better things to do and somewhere to be😂
