Can anyone identify this… could it be illegal?

Being serious, and it's been a long time, but that doesn't look like any kind of illegal drug I've ever seen.

How will they manage to do that?

Cod liver oil... I know lots of people that use CBD but they tend to use 'jelly sweets', never seen one like that.

This reminds me of the time my mum asked me if I'd been sniffing glue when in fact I had a really bad cold. I felt absolutely miserable and ill. Having my own mother accuse me of glue sniffing, something I knew was dangerous and stupid, did not make me feel any better.

Talk to your son. It’s no use coming on a forum and playing guess the capsule. If you can’t talk to your son then you have bigger problems than finding this in his pocket.

I live near a boy’s catholic school and a girl’s catholic school. Local rumour is that the girls are making a killing selling the sugar pills from their contraceptive packets to the idiot boys who then act as though they are high as kites and keep going back for more. It’s hilarious.

Thanks all. No I’m not a troll. I’ve been on mumsnet 12 years. Son is still asleep after being out until 1:00 this morning! He has been smoking weed recently so this alarmed me when I saw this capsule. I will ask him and update later
