Help! I need to keep fried food HOT!

So....I am going to see a friend (about 1.5 hour drive) for her bday. She loves a place that does amazing food which is about 20 mins away from me...I want to take a picnic lunch for her from this place but most of the food is fried. Is there anyway that I can keep it hot and crispy for 1.5 hours?
Thank you in advance x

Not that I know of but an air fryer will reheat it crispily (is that a word?) for you if either of you have one!

No, it will just be all full of condensation and soggy if you package it up in insulated bag or something for that long.
I’m not sure it would be kept hot enough to prevent bacteria either tbh.
You would need a bloody big flask to keep fried food in to keep it hot!

We are meeting at the picnic place so that won't be possible but yes great idea otherwise 😊

Reheat is the best idea as suggested by pp

It will be a congealed cold mess try m and s instead.

It might be a long shot and old fashioned idea . But a box of hay may be the thing you are looking for .

What type of fried food. Wrapped in foil might work?
