Just finished a gym class and just dying slowly in my grossness getting ready for the stretch class. Gym instructor comes back in and says 'How are we doing patients?' And I boldly and loudly said 'recovering thanks!' Along with a weird face.
He looked at me a bit oddly before my clearly slow processing hearing caught up and I then realised he said 'thanks for your patience'
