My twitter account suspended WHY ??

I admit that I only go onto Twitter to read these days. I don't work anymore. But sometimes I read something usually on here that xyz is trending, follow the link. So I do, but I don't comment, like any posts.

What have I done wrong to be put on the naughty step?

This is the wrong place to ask.

Did you comment on a post? Retweet anything?

If you don't like, or comment, then their bots assume you are a bot too. And their bots don't like other bots so they automatically ban you. You could try and appeal.

No nothing, I just check out trending now and again and read only

Really they think I'm a bot. 😞

Same thing happened to me too. Like you I just read as I've never been able to get my head around twitter. Much prefer Facebook.

According to my daughter if you don’t interact with other accounts i.e tweet something back or whatever every 30 or 60 days I can’t remember how often. They are suspending accounts as not being used. Which reminds me to go do something with mine!

Mine has too, I only dip in now and then if something has piqued my interest.

You can can challenge it. I did. I only post to my son but I follow a few people and read their posts. It was reinstated after 20 mins.

Don't be sad about them thinking your a bot. It's just automated, not personal.

You should be able to challenge it like a previous poster said
