Morning after pill while breastfeeding

Hello,

Any breastfeeding mums who have taken the morning after pill?Can I ask if you continue breastfeeding as soon after taking MAP? Or Did you wait 8 hours before breastfeeding your baby?
I had to take MAP last week, I’m EBF my 10 week old baby, GP said no need to stop feedings however chemist said to wait 8 hours before feeding again. Baby ended up having a feed fours hours after I took MAP as he wouldn’t take a bottle.
I’m so worried about the hormonal exposure for the baby . He seemed happy but his bowel motions are different since I took the MAP…

Was it levonorgestrel (levonelle, ezinelle and other generics) or Ellaone? With
levonorgestrel it’s fine to breastfeed. Ellaone they say discard milk for a week, although there is no evidence of harm - they just haven’t studied it.
