Cramps but no period

Hi all,

I've posted this elsewhere but had no replies so asking here as there's more chance of it being seen.

I have been having period like cramps for around 9 days now but no period. My Flo app does say that I am not due on until tomorrow and I am currently 10 weeks PP so could this just be my body gearing up for my period? I don't remember having cramps for this long before my periods pre baby? I have took 2 tests and had BFN on both so definitely not pregnant again.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this just so I can be reassured?

Yes, I've had this before and period eventually appeared.

Poss not 9 full days of cramping, but was nearly that. Was my first cycle after coming off pill so, like you, assumed was prob just my body gearing up for first natural period after a change.

I've had this. It started in my 40s when my periods started being a bit odd in general. I assume it's one of the joys of perimenopause. Could it be that for you or are you too young?

I'm only 29 so hope not! 🤣

I am 10 weeks postpartum so maybe it is just my hormones/gearing me up for my period?
