I bought a bed from Mano Mano and two slats are broken. I contacted the seller and basked to send two slats. No response. I then requested a return. No response. Where do I go from here?

Although I'd probably just buy two slats from elsewhere.

You can. Do a payment dispute. It takes a bit of time because they give the seller a decent window to respond (I think 2 weeks) but they're really good
