Dough sticks cost extra?!!!

Ordered a chicken Caesar salad in Pizza express. Which arrived with no dough sticks. So asked for some and they cost extra. I ordered the same in a different breach a free weeks ago and did t pay extra or have to ask for them. Stingy or what!!!!

They do change their menu regularly plus menus do vary between branches.

I went to a local pub the other day and they've removed the sides from almost every dish on the menu. The prices have stayed the same but now you have to purchase the sides separately. So a steak that used to be £26 including chips is still £26, but if you would like chips that's an additional £4.99.

It's just a way of covering their costs and still being able to say that their prices have not gone up.

I have to say I haven’t eaten at Pizza Express for years since they stopped all their deals. They used to do really good deals and partner with Tesco etc but I begrudge paying £18.95 per head for what is essentially fancy cheese on toast

There’s been a few threads lately getting all arsey with pizza express. Either someone has a major gripe with them or they’re giving particularly shite customer service atm.

It was too late to order pizza. I paid £20 for a salad and a soft drink. Ouch!

I assume OP means "too late" as in "already ordered salad" not past a certain time on the clock.
