The buyer notice a small issue on receiving the item I sold and I have agreed to knock some money off the price but can't see how to do this, can someone help please?
The agreed sale price is due to be released to me just after midday so need to move quickly.
Is there an option to offer a part refund if the buyer logs a problem with the order?
