Does anyone know the rules on drumming and what times is considered anti social!
I we are having to sit in our own home listening to hours of drumming from the kid next door and even after a polite request they stop at my children's bedtime they refuse and tell me they will do whatever they want whenever they want !
The internet isn't very clear on when is considered too early or late.

It doesn't have to be a certain time to count as anti-social. If it's excessive it is. I have very anti social neighbours. Brace yourself for a long process. First of all you will need to phone the anti-social team for your local council. In my case they advised me to call them and their out of hours team and the police each and every time so that I had a witness to the noise. I haven't been badgering the police with it because I know they have better things to do. If you're prepared to do it, you may get somewhere. They advised me to keep a written diary they had sent me via email for two weeks such as the noise and how it effected me (couldn't be drowned out etc)
